Promoting Family-Work Balance: Some Lessons Learned During the Pandemic

Family Focus

The pandemic revealed and aggravated inequalities between families, particularly related to family–work balance. A more equitable distribution of tasks seems to promote family–work balance. Certain policies and strategies, beyond telework, that may facilitate this balance need to be developed for and with employees.
