Asbstract : This project aims to identify best practices for supporting work-family balance in a context of labour shortages in Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean. To this end, seven group interviews were conducted with employees, union representatives and employers from four sectors of activity: 1) retail trade, 2) accommodation and food services, 3) health and social services, and 4) manufacturing. The project will make it possible to identify promising practices to implement or strengthen in order to promote work-family balance in a post-pandemic context.
