Marie-Ève Blackburn

Marie-Ève Blackburn is a researcher at ÉCOBES – Recherche et transfert, a college centre for technology transfer in innovative social practices affiliated with the Cégep de Jonquière. Trained first in sociology and then in demography, she completed a doctorate in applied human sciences at the Université de Montréal. Her research interests centre on the evolution of young people’s aspirations, both academic and professional, and of their psychological and social well-being, as well as on questions related to their entry into the labour market and their educational pathways. She is also an associate professor and lecturer in the Département des sciences humaines et sociales at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
